Hi, My name is Kimberly Doehnert and before I became an IFBB Pro, my journey to the stage started in 1991 after losing 50 pounds and becoming a fitness professional.

Fast forward to 2011 when I turned 44 years old...

I decided the only way to uplevel my fitness was to train for a figure competition. After months of research, I created a proven system and won 3 trophies my first show!

When does the boot camp start?
The 8-Week Get Stage Ready Boot Camp officially runs from February 23-April 19. Early registration gives you access starting February 16.
How do I join the boot camp?
Schedule an enrollment call by the registration deadline or before spots are filled. Click this link to book your call.
What if I haven't decided a show date? Can I still join?
Yes. You can join the boot camp with or without a show date. This program is for competitors and non-competitors who want to achieve a competitive level of fitness.
What if I am short on cash? Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes. During early registration, you can join the boot camp and pay in full (save $1,000) or split into 2 payments (save $500). 
What if I change my mind after registering? Can I get a refund?
No. This is a limited program with a finite amount of spots. Once you are accepted and submit payment, there are no refunds regardless of your participation in the program.
